Statement of Tuition Assurance

Universal Higher Education (UHE) is committed to ensuring that international students receive the education and training they have paid for. As an education provider registered under the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act 2000, UHE complies with the Tuition Protection Service (TPS) framework to safeguard student tuition fees.

In the unlikely event that UHE ceases to provide a program in which an international student is enrolled, the TPS will assist affected students in finding an alternative program or provider, or offer a refund of unspent tuition fees.
